• When:   October 2nd, 2021 |  Arrive starting 8AM, carts leave for holes at 9AM

• Where:   Eagle Creek Golf Club

• Price:   $75 per Golfer | Cash or Check (payable to John Duda aka "Carl")

• Who:   Anyone! Four Person Teams

• Why:   To support the kids at Riley Children's Hospital's Camp About Face & have a great time!

• How:   Four-person scramble plays 18 holes. Lunch provided during the awards ceremony. $5/entry goes towards the following awards: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place teams, longest drive, and longest putt. Every golfer gets a door prize and can enter the raffles (raffle $ ALL goes to charity!) $1 Mulligans! *Limit 5*
