I CAN'T GET MY BIKE TO UNLOCK FROM THE BAR...
Make sure your chosen bike is securely locked in by pushing the handlebars towards the black bar. Re-insert your card (it will not charge you again) into the kiosk and enter the bike # you want to unlock. Try releasing the bike again by lifting the basket/bike from behind, push the bike towards the bar, then pull it away. If that doesn't work you can go back to the kiosk and try a different bike #, or give us a call!
THE BIKE I CHOSE IS DAMAGED...
If the bike you chose is not working properly, simply lock it securely back into the bar, go to the kiosk and choose option [2] 'Report Damaged Bike', enter the # of the damaged bike and which part wasn't working (so we can quickly get it fixed!). Then choose option [1] 'Rent a Bike' again and go through the prompts and pick a new bike number. Your card will NOT be charged again. If you have any more issues please give us a call!
THE KIOSK IS SAYING THAT IT'S "CONNECTING TO SERVER"...
Unfortunately, this means that our server is down and the kiosk is out of order. If you see this message, please give us a call and we will come out and reset the kiosk to see if we can get you on a bike!
WHAT IF I GO OVER MY TIME?
Having too much fun and can't make it back on time? Your card will automatically be charged $6/hr for any additional time needed. You do not need to come back and re-lock the bike into the docking station.
